Two in one curiosity

I found this double knife at a garage sale. The handles seem to be some kind of horn. The blades are thin, and remind me of eating knives. There is a small mark on one of the blades that looks like a shrimp. If anyone has an idea of what these are and where they come from, I would love to know.

is undeniably, original Indo-Persian

otherwise, the set seems to me, a bazaar article

but may be some one else, will have an other (better) point of view

for me it's unknow, or at least absolutly unusual in Arabic countries

Turkey, or the Balkans ?
Maybe Greek ?
The bolsters remind of Yatagans .

Then there's the zig-zag decorations .
