Yesterday I win by ebay this keris. Primary I bid on this keris because the sheath (I hope that the kendit isn't painted) and the topengan pendok with the turtle shell insert. The sheath is split but I think that this will be easily to be restored. Blade seems in my eyes typical Madura.
Here the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/150702809692...84.m1439.l2649 Any opinions? Regards, Detlef |

will see at the break if the kendit is painted or not but agree that the tips of the wrongko seems to be painted. It will be a very precious sheath when it is an authentic timoho sheath. So it's again an ebay gamble. ![]() ![]() I think that the restauration don't will take a lot of time and work but let us see when I have it in my hands. Regards, Detlef |
