Need help indentiiying this Bowie knife.

I would like to know.
How old is this knife.
Where the knife was made?
I suspect Ratjastan end 19 th century or early 20th century.
Does anyone know more?

I would think this could be a naval dirk of some kind maybe a presention piece? Could be Turkish?
