Default Please Help with a Yataghan Inscription

Dear friends,
Can you please help me by translating the inscription on a yataghan I recently acquired? The yataghan is of the type which Astvatsaturian classifies as eastern Anatolian, due to the similarity in decoration to the Caucasus. Astvatsaturian also leave open the the possibility that these may actually be Balkan under caucasian influence.
Anyway, the yataghan is nothing special, but I still would be very happy to know what the inscription means.
Thank you very much in advance,
Teodor
