Looks like a wayang style hilt .
The unsophisticated rendering I find quite charming . Personally, I like the blade; needs a stain . I'm not sure if the pendok repousse work is quite in the same vein as that on the hilt . ![]() |

I also quite like this little wayang guy on the hilt. I wonder if it's possible to straighten out his smashed in snout without doing worse damage.
I also agree with Rick that the pendok is done in a different style from the hilt, but i think they work well with each other anyway. Blade seems to have some significant age. |

Hello,
nice keris. Pendok is in my opinion not original to this keris, look how it fits at the wrangka. When it's my keris I will look for a better fitting pendok by time. Handle I will let like it is. sajen |
