MArks on an ottoman rifle barell - Ethnographic Arms & Armour

eftihis Member Join Date: Dec 2004 Location: Chania Crete Greece Posts: 511	MArks on an ottoman rifle barell Hallo, this is an islamic rifle, i think turkish. The barell is very nice, does anybody recognise the markings? It is starnge that near the symbol and signature of maker, there are these "medieval european" looking symbols. Attached Images
