Jerz are quite small. See mine below for scale. Note the Jerz are minipoll-axes! Yours doesn't have a poll opposite the blade.
If it's a full-sized axe, could be afghani, like the tabarzin axe head below my jerz. Popular with returning soldiers from that war zone.
