I just acquired this war hammer and it is unlike anything that I have seen.It is very well made; it could be 100 years old or 20 years in age.I would guess that it could be Northern Indian, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were from Afghanistan.
Has Anyone else seen one like this? |

I saw a similar weapon described rather cleverly as Islamic, Indo Persian, ...Ottoman and often carried by wandering Dervish in those regions.!!

Some similar weapons ~ though without the hammer . The moon shape features strongly in these and other axe weapons.
