I have had this piece for a while. Haven't seen one quite like it identified, in my research. The only item I found, is a picture of a Philippine warrior with a similar sword. Bagobo? Any ideas? The tag mentions Hon. A. B. Rouse. Upon research I found an A. B. Rouse, Congressman, from the fist quarter 20th century. I would say this piece at least dates to this period or before.
