I'm thinking this is from Luzon. Cavalry? type sword. Brass wire ferrule. Karabao horn hilt, iron crossguard. Tang is peened over.
Old sword with dark patina on the blade. Some pittings on the blade. Tip of blade is bent. Blade is very flexable.
