The ukiran or (jejeran/deder as it is commonly called in Yogyakarta) is in Yogyakarta Nunggak Semi form. I can't see the pierced through cecekan, but I do agree that the form and material is nice.

Mendak (hilt ring) in Surakarta-styled Parijatha form.

Let's see the sheath as well.

The blade looks like Mataram period style.
