Hmmm... I remember this lot, the 1st piece looks Javanese to me (although it looks polished). The 2nd piece, looks like a Kelantanese blade from Northern Malaysia, Peninsular Malaysia.
For the hilt and hilt ring, as David mentioned depends on your sheath form.

Are you planning to make fittings for the entire blade or just add hilt and hilt/ring. If it is difficult for you, maybe you would want to consider 'give it' to Singapore like Kai did [
