Actually these are very popular and common "sickles" stamps on european blades, originate probably in Genoa, Italy, and vastly sham in other countries, seen on Italian, German and Polish weapons in 1st half of the 17th century. First ones appeared at the end of the 16th century, and were in use probably until 18th century. Those on blade we can see here seems to be 17th century, maybe even original, thought it's very hard to state it for sure. There were great variety of these stamps: with dots (like yours), with "crest", smooth, in pairs, in rows, it two or even stamped along the blade.
This blade seems to be European origin, 17th century, Italy or Germany.
Regards!
