What I could find, and little do I know  , was that quite some were dated back to the Crimean conflict between the Ottoman and Russian empires.
The first 2 pictures are no yataghan but a nice shaska, the others are yataghans.

The yatagan shown has nothing to do with the Russian Empire and the weapons factory in Zlatoust

It was produced in Austria-Hungary for Dalmation Landwehr M1869
