Some sort of disc mace, axe hybrid. Probably mot much help, but the mace part reminds me a bit of a few of the disc maces shown in this video, specifically around 3:44:

The form and structure of the mace allowed the Incas to strike their enemies with deadly blows during close combat - ultimately contributing to their reputation as fearsome warriors.
