Scholarly does not equal "boring!" I venture to say that there is a very open atmosphere here, with a good amount of humor and personal exchange thrown in (and coffee, too).
What is not tolerated, however, are insults & flame wars. This has always been the "Vikingsword" way, and always will be (at least as long as the present Mod Squad is alive
). I think we all know the difference between debate, even heated debate, and venom.
