Default Help with Floral Motifs

Hi everyone. Recently I realized, once again, that I have a blind spot concerning koftgari and inlayed floral and vegetative motifs in Indian (Northern and Southern), Persian, and Turkish works in particular. Then there are the substyles of each that center of influence spawned in its area of influence and trade.

To clarify, writers on the Caucasus region have done an admirable job of showing the differences between Dagostini, Circassian, and Tflis motifs to the point of discussing Armenians working in Tflis imitating Circassian motifs. Writers on Indonesian art have gotten me to the point where to a large extent I can see what part of Java an item came from and Sumatran tastes. I can even on occasion see echos of the Chinese clouds motif in that regions pieces.Do you all have any suggestions for a reading list that will help me understand floral and vegetative motifs in Indian, Persian, and Turkish pieces? Or clear examples of styles, textures, techniques? Thanks in advance I always appreciate the forum members skills, knowledge, and guidance.
