Hello Everyone,
Thought this may be of interest to some members, I don't believe it is very old but it is nicely made and decorated, I have only seen one illustration of a similar whip when trying to research it online. The one I saw said that it was made in Spain for the Moroccan market
The decoration certainly looks North African to me.
