These blades are never easy to determine, as blanks in an older broadsword style were produced in Solingen until well into the 19th century. Markings often do not help much either, as many of them were applied locally. And then there is the possibility of a local blade imitating a European import. The hilt itself looks much newer, from the 20th century.
Iain has studied hundreds of takouba and has developed a good feel for these blades, hopefully he will respond. In the meantime, I would start browsing examples on his site with similar style blades:
