It is rather dificult to form an educated oppinion judging from the photos, but...

The condition of the blade is remarkable for a blade that was kept sheathe as there is absolutely no pitting, only a dark patina you may get from etching.

Moreover, it is a rather atypical piece in shape and decoration neither Georgian, nor Daghestani.

I suspect it to be a very recent piece of... Indian workmanship. Close examination of koftgari may be more revealing.
