An intriguing one! I'll hold off on detailed comments until I can see better images, but this has some interesting features like the brass at the base of the blade.
A pity about the condition of the blade, somewhat relic condition, but I still see a lot of appeal to the piece.
I think you will find that the blade has been modified to be two edged.
