I agree with Kubur, very late 19th century. I don't know how far these were made into the 20th century Detlef, but quality keeps going down after the 19th century. Recently though, I have seen some very simple stylized flyssa that look very modern.
Lots of information and discussion on the flyssa and Kabyles on this forum.
