Salaams David R ~ I get the impression that these are for the tourist market or I think mine are.. It is not my area of speciality and at first glance they look ok... I mean if you get one thrown in your direction its still a spear !!
Anyway I have a few on the wall somewhere ...I think they are longer than your examples as mine have a piece of wood a couple of feet long between the two iron parts.
Oh and one of the spearpoint covers..
