Dharia Patterned Blade???
Hi, Here is the second Dahari. The steel contrasts after etching and it is left only partially cleaned and frosted to enhance visiblity. the questions are these patterns recognizable? It seems coarser nearer the the hilt, definitely coarser on the off show side throughout. My question is should I try more etching and polishing, Am I just dreaming about the fine patterns inter mingled with a coarser pattern? Note last photo has two areas that may be due to forging.
