funny, coze in Egypt, I mean, in Arab egyptian, the word
- Mu'alem (masc) -Mu'alema (fem) is used for those have a trade business,
or owner for a shop

the two words (again, Egyptian Arabic) related to "teacher" are
- "ostaz" ... (not far from your "Ustaad")
- "modaret"
