HI

I don't have a picture handy but one maker using the rooster and or cockerel was Gebruder Weyersburg. A page I came across mentions his marks

midtenrelics.com has an 1840/1822 type sabre with the mark and it is those that I have seen the mark on before.

What do these other blades look like? I have no isea of the longevity of the marks and whether Weyersburg might have continued using it for some blades such as those headed for South and Central American countries.
