What think you Gentlemen?
As a matter of interest, Al-Ahsa is the easternmost province of Saudi Arabia, and it borders Oman, UAE and Yemen, so...........that might explain the Omani type scabbard but with the silverwork decoration typically Yemeni in style. I am basically happy with the Saudi ,rather than Omani origins, as the hilt is NOT of Omani style, and the silver decoration is NOT of the typical scroll type found on most Omani Jambiya.
Any further thoughts??
