Is this a common wootz pattern for Yatagans? The date on it indicates to be from 1799. Where was this kind of Damascus blade made at the time ? Any ideas ?

This last one is actually used a combination belt for Yatagan and the pistols. I have a very similar one (replica of an original piece of course). I use it to place my Yatagan in it :)
