Here we have kinjals from Caucasus, some of them can be really HUGE, still they're counted as "daggers" not as "swords"

Did you mean Sabiki instead of Mecca? BTW as I noticed Omani/Qatari blades are usually not that wide as Yemeni are. I partially agree with your "tribe" idea but still, most daggers can be localized...

Hello Gents,

A friend of mine obtained this jambiya. For me the hilt seems to be pure Yemeni, however I doubt about the scabbard - I bet it's either Oman or Saudi. What do you guys think?
