Balkan/Caucasian Frankenstein Pistol

Picked up this mishmash recently. Seems to be a Balkan Miquelet lock with Caucasian/Crimean barrel in a new made stock trying to emulate something from the west.

I have now come across another example from a private collection in Sweden. Strange enough is a double barrel Khirimi, but this only uses one miquelet lock. I assume it touches off both barrels...
