I think you are right Sudan. What makes me think so is not just the blade but the middle white metal/silver piece. The same form of decoration is frequently seen on Kaskara hilts.

It is a splendid item with beautiful silver work but I am still feeling the it is 20th century and possibly not the first quarter however undeniably lovely.

I think west Africa too. Have only seen the pin through the socket on west Africa spears. I have a pinned socket spear from borderlands of Nigeria/Cameroon.

That is very unusual to say the least. The spear of destiny:D I would suspect the mix of copper brass and steal an African origin. Rather cool, shame it is just the pointy bit.
