I bought this at a flea market and was wondring if someone could tell me age, origin, possibly makers mark does it have any value? Will i ruin any value it hass by putting a french style saber handle...

I have a pamor pedang with an x and 2 lines on the spine aswell the sheath is different though is it a makers mark?
