Shields of Rwanda
I am currently visiting Rwanda. I have seen some old shields but confused whether or not they are indeed Rwanda or from Congo. Does anybody know how Rwanda shields should look like?

Mindanao "Shield"
Can anyone ID this "shield" from Mindanao, Philippines? It is small, measuring only 29 cms x 20 cms, made of brass.

Not for large animals
I agree with Tim that this spear will not be effective for whales and other large marine animals.

More Info on item
I have 6 of these sort of spears, with various lengths:
Shafts from 140 to 177 cm
Heads from 20 to 30 cm
All the heads (tangs) fit into the shafts.
