Hi Muji Keris,

This is the dapur Naga Sasra 11 luk. I don't think this is an old keris, but a keris of rather recent manufacture.
Still a very attractive keris.

This question gets back to something we were discussing in another thread about dhapur, and how strictly we wish to apply pakem.

According to the Surakarta pakem, Nagasasra is a 13 luk keris. Not 11 luk, not 9 luk----etc, etc.

However, in recent years a lot of people have taken to calling keris that display most of the ricikan of a true nagasasra, but with less than 13 luk, a "nagasasra luk 11", or "nagasasra luk 9", and so on.

If we are prepared to be a bit relaxed, we could call this keris a Nagasasra luk 11.

From the photo it looks like a current era keris, but it really should be handled before giving any definite decision on age.
