Admiralty Islands, mixed bag.
Some not good tourist stuff but went high enough.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWA:IT&ih=017 Also one that does look like it is okay but i suspect it is late just good quality. One has to think that in 1900 there were only about half a dozen Europeans living more or less permanently on the Admiralties. There is well documented information on the change in stone weapons to satisfy the later European tourist interest in these items. I shall post some more info which I think is jolly interesting. This one was went very high, nice but that nice as I say late? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWA:IT&ih=017 Info when I have time. |
