I acquired this vintage Sinan Gemgem Tabak . It is in really good condition. These were common as souvenirs when the World War 2 came to a conclusion. What I love about this is the date stamp on the body of the blade which is "1945". There is also a word engraved on the leather sheath which I cannot decipher completely. In my opinion, it reads "Mittalmark". Possibly the name of the previous owner. If anybody can read it, you are more than welcome to comment what you read in the sheath.

Thank you Battara. Indeed the maker's mark is interesting. I am not sure if the box after "1945" is a maker's mark also with a different design.
