I don't know much about Indian weapons but this looks like a so-called "zaghnal" from India. Since I do not know enough to tell you if it's the real deal or a copy I will let it to others who know more about these weapons as I am.
And you should read the forum rules, we don't discuss values, you can ask people by pm, this will be ok.
The attached pic shows a similar one sold not long ago by an auction house, described as from the late 19th. century.
