Moroccan moukhala

Hello.
Although being a longtime reader this is my first post.
I'm not very familiar with oriental arms. The items I encountered so far were often of a not very high quality, most of them being tourist pieces.
But now I got my hands on this very fine moroccan moukhala.
I really would appreciate your comments.
Is it possible to determine the master via that master marks?
