Yataghan for comment. Greek?

So I got this Yataghan recently. 80cm long, leather scabbard, plain blade with makers mark, silver bolster and pommel. Based on the bolster only I would say its greek. But I cant really find a compareble example with the wire grip and leather scabbard. Maybe the scabbard is a replacement and the grip is later  What do you think?
