Unusual knife

Found this unusual oddly angled knife today at an arms fair , heavy bladed . 20 cm long overall with a 20 cm length blade. Any ideas on the part of the world it comes from or its use?

Has anyone got any clue as to what this knife is for or from where it originates please ?

No idea. Have to say the pinned hilt looks very utilitarian--perhaps more a tool than a weapon.
