Hello I am new here and ask for identification

This is recent Chinese work.

there is a thread here where a similar helmet is discussed. the lamellar aventail is poorly assembled amongst other flaws if i recall correctly. china is a cesspool of badly made 'antiques' - i think they define an antique as anything over one week old. :) (real antiques are not exportable without permits)
