This is a moroccan dagger called koummya. There is alot of info in this forum regarding these daggers. Yours seem to be made for the tourist trade. |
I'm not sure that curved blades can rightfully be called stilettos. :shrug:

You completely miss my point. I am not disputing that the term "stiletto" in the common English (and, really, Italian) lexicon does not apply to the knife under discussion.
Rather, Multumesc (OP) is from Romania. He probably uses the Romanian word "stilet" in his language to refer to the subject knife. The Romanian word "stilet" can be translated variously into the words, "knife", "dagger" or "stiletto". |
