can identify you the engravings on the blade

This is a Moroccan sa'if, though the collectors term 'nimcha' has been popularized for quite some time, despite being a misnomer. The blade markings are simply occult symbols considered to imbue talismanic properties in the blade and actually quite standard on German and East European blades in the latter half of 18th century. The hilting is also relatively typical for Maghreb swords well into and through the 19th c.
Perhaps you may have noticed the threads concurrently running on Arabian sa'if in which this range of swords is being discussed, also the search function will reveal many examples of these. Nice markings!!! |

You are very welcome, my pleasure :)

The hilt looks like rhino horn. The silver mounts need a little cleaning. Nice piece.
