Two more Luzon pieces

The first has iron fittings, except the butt plate (some copper alloy?). Rings and tip of the scabbard are brass. 1/4" thick blade at the hilt.

The sword in above is very nice, compare it with the Luzon pieces from the Macau exhibition on the right from the picture.

Wow I was wondering where my mom's bolo ended up :D ;). She was looking for it for years ;).
Lew Tim I think the mom 88 is post WW2 probably around 1948 to 50. The other one is probably around 1900-1910. |
