Hi,

in my opinion this knife is either northern Italian or Austrian.
The knife looks much like a Trattenbacher "Taschenfeitl" (pocket knife).

Hello CB,

Does the blade lock open?

Also, is the pin (visible through the bolster) a pivot pin for the blade, or does it simply secure the bolster in place?

ETA: While I can in no way qualify this observation, to my eye it almost ("almost" being the operative word ;) ) has a Sinhalese 'feel' to it...
