This allegedly should be Fulani. In any case, it is from Nigeria. Cca 1 meter long, stained with something ("white strips because of the rope which was originally there to wear it "piggy back"). As a part of a kit should reportedly also be a solid stick. I only saw something simmilar on the pictures from (South-East) Sudan. Any information about the occurence of such thing in West Africa would be most welcome.
