Unfinished Kilij?

Hi!
I've found thoose photos over the net recently and I wonder what actually is that sword. It seems a turkish kilij, withoth the hole on the hilt and without the typical quillon!! The scabbar is also a verry strange one for a turkish Kilij... Some touristic piece from India? What do you think? |
