Kindjal Stamp Translation Request
3 Attachment(s)
Here is an appeal for help to those members, who can read Arabic. Can you please make something out of this stamp on a kindjal blade? My friend, who owns the piece, believes it to be Georgian, from the end of the 19th century. I am aware that the stamp may be illegible, but if you can discern a name or something out of it, it will be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks in advance, Teodor |
Hey T,
It reads إبراهيم Ibrahim. A common name between muslims. Nice piece btw |
