found this at a swap meet nearby. The steel looks like Damascus, but the pattern is very subtle. Beautiful workmanship on the handle and the scabbard, and I don't have the faintest idea what it is or where it comes from. Any ideas?

IMO It's a Sumatra"s Klewang , look at the "Zonneveld" P 70.
