Rangsang Rias Pusaka Bangsa VI, Singapore
 

Majlis Pusat (Central Council of Malay Cultural Organisations, Singapore) will be presenting Rangsang Rias Pusaka Bangsa VII. The Seventh Heirloom Rejuvenation Ceremony which will be held at the Singapore Flyer situated at 30 Raffles Avenue. The event will commence on Saturday, 18th December 2010 at 2pm and will conclude on Sunday 19th December 2010 at 6pm.

Every year, Rangsang Rias Pusaka Bangsa event has a specific theme whereby the opening ceremony and exhibition will be based upon. This year the theme for the event will be “Melestarikan Busana Warisan” (Recognising Fashion Heritage).

Rangsang Rias Pusaka bangsa or Heirloom Rejuvenation Ceremony showcases the method of keris cleansing as well as the cleansing of other pusakas (heirlooms). Traditional keris cleaners will be gathered for this event.The event will also showcase other aspects of the Malay cultures and traditions showcasing dress codes, music, martial arts and performing arts.
